Step One: Benchmark the needs of the job
In order to define a job we first need to define the accountabilities of the position.
What results is this job supposed to produce?
TriMetrix™ uses a patented multi-dimensional job analysis protocol to translate the input from "informed incumbents", their managers and others who are familiar with how the job should be done.
TriMetrix™ takes their input via an online position survey and creates a multidimensional job benchmark that identifies the exact behaviors, values and competencies that the job is asking for in order to deliver the results outlined in the key accountabilities.
And, our Job Plus report provides suggested interview questions on each of the top seven attributes, enabling you to ask all candidates the same questions, SPECIFICALLY GEARED to the job benchmark.
Step Two: Assess Personal Talent
